Cleaning Company in Ashburton
Why People Come To Us
I have used a few different cleaning services but this was the best! They showed up early, did a thorough job and were pleasant and friendly! They took my trash with them, an added bonus, and didn’t rearrange my entire house like some cleaners do.
I use this cleaning service for my office and I’m so happy to have found them. They are affordable and provide the best customer service experience. I have been using them for over a year already! I would recommend Marta in particular.
I would be glad to act as a phone reference for your company. Cleaning did a wonderful job and I certainly don’t mind confirming their outstanding service. If you’re thinking about hiring to clean your office building, ask them for my testimonial and call anytime.

Ashburton is an wealthy suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 12 km (7.5 mi) southeast of Melbourne’s Central Business District. Its local government Place is the City of Boroondara. At the 2016 census, Ashburton had a population of 7,751.
Ashburton is known for the Ashburton Pool and Recreation Centre and the Ashburton Village shopping strip.
Ashburton, a mostly postwar residential suburb, is 12 km south-east of central Melbourne. The locality’s make known arose considering the station on the Outer Circle railway line (1890) was named Ashburton, at the recommendation of a former local councillor, E. Dillon who had lived in Ashburton Terrace, Cork, Ireland.
An unrealised intention of the railway lineage had been to enliven residential development, but the locality was best known for the Ashburton forest, overlooking Gardiners Creek, as a site for picnics. The Outer Circle railway, originally from Oakleigh to Melbourne via Fairfield, was shortened to spur lines from Camberwell within a few years, northwards to Deepdene and southwards to Ashburton, and no other definite rail transport was provided for Ashburton. The residential progress of Ashburton awaited Melbourne’s postwar metropolitan move on and increased car ownership.
In the 1920s Ashburton had a few shops, orchards and announce gardens, supporting tolerable population for a primary hypothetical to be opened in 1928 (549 pupils, 2014). There was a public hall in High Street close Johnston Street where Catholic and Presbyterian church facilities were held in the late 1920s. In 1948 the railway descent was extended by one station to Alamein, a postwar suburb with vis-а-vis entirely wartime street names such as Victory Boulevard, Benghazi Avenue and Tobruk Road. Much of the housing was built by the Housing Commission.
Ashburton extends south to Gardiners Creek. As skillfully as containing Alamein, it moreover includes the locality of Solway in its south-west. Sparsely fixed until the forward postwar years, the Solway university opened in 1950 taking into account the say Darling East. It was renamed Solway in 1956 after the Postmaster-General’s Department opened in Solway proclaim office close Solway Street.
Ashburton has an lively strip shopping centre along High Street near the railway station. Nearby is a large Catholic church, St Michael’s. The Ashburton Catholic parish was divided from Glen Iris parish in 1946 and a Catholic primary hypothetical opened that year. The gift church was built in 1955. Ashburton Park and Warner Reserve have enlightened indoor and outside swimming pools and united facilities. Along Gardiners Creek there is the Malvern Valley golf course.
The small shopping centre in Victory Boulevard, Alamein, was shortened to one ease of use store by 1997. Opposite the shops the Alamein primary school (1950) had been closed, and the land unmovable to housing. The other houses are in colonial, federation and enlightened two-storey styles, offering a contrasting opulence to the in force postwar Commission housing.
In 1987 the median home price in Ashburton was 30% above the median for metropolitan Melbourne and in 1996 it was 36% above the metropolitan median.
